Science Project of Akal Academy Baru Sahib bags first position in CBSE Exhibition
Akal Academy students did proud to their school yet again by achieving the top position in the science exhibition held at Chandigarh. This exhibition was organized by Central Board of Secondary Education, Govt. of India, New Delhi, at the regional level in which more than 500 schools from Punjab, Haryana, Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pardesh and Chandigarh participated.
The budding scientists of Akal Academy prepared their project on an innovative idea of tapping osmotic energy, where fresh water of river meets the sea. Their simple but elegantly designed project demonstrated effectively the awesome osmotic energy available, which can easily be tapped. This innovative idea was exhibited by the students of IX Grade studying at the Akal Academy Baru Sahib.
This achievement again shows the highest level of scientific education, innovation and technological advancement that exists in Akal Academy, Baru Sahib, Himachal Pardesh.
