Rural Students from border area of Punjab selected for free education at
Akal Academy Baru Sahib

True to its policy of providing education to the rural and particularly to the rural girl child, Akal Academy Baru Sahib has admitted two gems - both girls from one of the most backward, remote and rural area located at the border of Punjab adjoining Pakistan.
Both these girls performed exceedingly well in the grade V exam conducted by Punjab State Education Board. Satnam Kaur scored a staggering 446/450 (99.11%) and stood first in Punjab. Arshdeep Kaur was not far behind scoring 381 /450 marks.
Since these girls belong to economically challenged families, The Kalgidhar Trust is committed to provide free education, board, lodging, books, clothes etc. to both these girls till they continue their studies at Baru Sahib, first in the Akal Academy Baru Sahib and later for higher studies in Eternal University, Baru Sahib.
